At MTI, we specialize in the fields of precision milling, precision turning and surface finishing. With 17 years of experience in the business, we are able to effectively provide our partners with consistent quality and deliveries. We use a custom made production planning system for our complete workflow to ensure transparency and efficiency.
In a fully climate-controlled CNC workshop, MTi’s lineup of equipment includes CNC turning and milling centres from brands like Okuma, Mazak, Makino & others. To ensure the utmost accuracy and repeatability, machines are regularly tested for positional accuracy, orthogonality, and servo errors. The machines are supported by highly skilled and committed personnel with latest CAD, CAM, & CAE software, ensuring efficient and effective running of the machines 24 hours a day.
