We are ISO 9001:2015 certified company and we aim to provide our partners with consistent quality. For measuring and metrology, we make use of the best and appropriate measuring equipment including a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for the most critical components with tolerances between 5-10 micrometres. We make use of measuring reports and charts in compliance with ISO.

In a fully climate-controlled CNC workshop, MTi’s line up of equipment includes CNC turning and milling centres from brands like Okuma, Mazak, Makino & others. To ensure the utmost accuracy and repeatability, machines are regularly tested for positional accuracy, orthogonality, and servo errors. The machines are supported by highly skilled and committed personnel with latest CAD, CAM, & CAE software, ensuring efficient and effective running of the machines 24 hours a day.
